<Cause>
Cause 1: Vacuum sensor tubes connected incorrectly or not connected.
Solution: Check vacuum sensor tubes in UDRC-L electrical enclosure. -At the bottom of the L-configuration electrical enclosure the 2 sensor tubes should be FIRMLY connected to the appropriate quick connect port. These connections have been known to appear connected, but require additional force to fully make a proper connection.If the problem still persists then remove the L-configuration electrical enclosure from the back of the cabinet and check that:-The 0-100 in-H20 sensor should have one 6mm line going to the LOW port.-The 0-10 in-H20 sensor should have two lines connected to it. The first line coming from its HIGH port which taps into the same line for the 0-100 in-H20 sensor. The second line starts at the sensor LOW part as 6mm then is reduced to 5/32 in (4mm) and connected to the 4mm quick connect port on the back of the cabinet.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 2: Sensors not properly connected electrically.
Unplug and reseat the electrical connections in the backpack on the LIONEL circuit board labeled AN1, AN2, AN3. Ensure AN1 goes to the 0-10 in-H20 Setra pressure sensor and that AN2 goes to the 0-100 in-H20 Setra pressure sensor.
</Cause>
<Cause>
Cause 3: NVS parameters max_flow_change_rate_setra or flow_zero set incorrectly.
Solution: Using the nvs "set debris" command or check the Lotem UDRC Registry. Check that max_flow_change_rate_setra is 3 (only nvs parameter, not in UDRC registry). Check that flow_zero is set to the value documented in the DR Firmware Guide available at: http://techplanet.creo.com/output/heads/debris_removal/nav/control-set.htm Reset the output device to continue.
